Availability objective
Unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or contract, PEERYX NETWORK applies a 99% availability objective.
Scope
The SLA applies only to the service directly provided by PEERYX NETWORK, within the limits of elements actually under its control.
Exclusions
The following are excluded from the SLA: DDoS attacks, mitigation, emergency filtering, blackhole, saturation caused by an attack, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, supplier incidents, transit provider incidents, datacenter incidents, Cloudflare incidents, third-party incidents, Customer configuration errors, non-payment, suspension for abuse, breach of the Terms of Sale, force majeure, intervention requested by the Customer or any event outside PEERYX NETWORK's reasonable control.
Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance is announced with 7 days' notice except in case of emergency, security risk, incident, supplier constraint or technical necessity.
Anti-DDoS
Anti-DDoS protection aims to reduce attack impact but does not guarantee the total absence of interruption, latency, packet loss, filtering or degradation. PEERYX NETWORK may change routing, apply filtering rules, limit, isolate or temporarily blackhole traffic where necessary for network stability.
Compensation
The SLA does not automatically entitle the Customer to a refund, credit or compensation. Any compensation is decided case by case by PEERYX NETWORK unless a specific contractual clause provides otherwise.
