Acceptable Use Policy / Abuse Policy

Purpose
This policy defines the use rules applicable to PEERYX NETWORK services. It supplements the Terms of Sale and applies to all customers, users, resellers and beneficiaries of the services.
General principle
PEERYX NETWORK services must only be used for legal, professional and non-abusive activities. The Customer is responsible for use of the services, including use by their own customers, users, employees, providers or resellers.
Strictly prohibited uses
- Spam, phishing, fraud and scams.
- Malware, botnets, ransomware, viruses and Trojans.
- Outbound DDoS, network attacks and unauthorized mass scanning.
- Unauthorized IP spoofing, amplification and abusive open resolvers.
- Hosting illegal content.
- Counterfeiting and infringement of copyright or third-party rights.
- Child sexual abuse material or exploitation of minors.
- Activities intended to harm PEERYX NETWORK, its suppliers or customers.
- Abnormal saturation, abnormal PPS or consumption incompatible with the offer.
- Bypassing technical limits or unauthorized resale where the offer does not allow it.
VPN, proxy, gaming, streaming, crypto
These uses may be allowed when legal, non-abusive and compatible with the subscribed offer. PEERYX NETWORK may refuse, limit or suspend such uses if they generate abuse, reports, legal risks, attacks, saturation or disruptions.
Abuse reports
Reports must be sent to: abuse@peeryx.com. The Customer must cooperate with PEERYX NETWORK to process abuse reports quickly.
Possible measures
In case of abuse, PEERYX NETWORK may apply any necessary measure: notification, request for correction, limitation, filtering, suspension, deletion, termination, blackhole, port blocking, IP blocking and transmission to authorities where required by law. In emergencies, PEERYX NETWORK may act without prior notice.
